Her unique career spans the highest levels of government—including roles as Special Assistant to the President for Policy in the White House and Senate-confirmed Assistant Secretary for Policy at the U.S. Department of Labor—to executive leadership in financial services, higher education, and strategic consulting. As Chancellor of WGU Texas, she drove 75% enrollment growth while managing a $35M operational budget, demonstrating her ability to deliver transformational results in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. She has led Centers at the University of Texas at Austin and served on the Board of Trustees of Southwestern University, helping navigate the complex issues facing higher education.
